Jimmy Kimmel Delivers Brutally Honest Reality Check Over Trump’s Biggest Promise

President Donald Trump has been promising to build a massive border wall since he first declared his candidacy in 2015 ― and Jimmy Kimmel said it might be needed for an entirely different reason than what Trump first envisioned.

Kimmel noted that Vice President JD Vance visited the border to declare that Trump will finally finish the wall to stop undocumented immigrants from entering the country.

“I don’t think we need to finish the wall,” Kimmel said. “It feels like this administration’s already doing a pretty good job of making sure no one wants to live here.”

But he quickly added there might be a purpose to it after all.

“They might have to build a wall to keep us in at this point,” he said.
