“I have arthritis in both knees which creeps up every now and then. I am pretty active and have swelling after workouts, so I was looking for something to use in conjunction with ice every 15 mins or so. These are perfect! This is a set, so there is a “sleeve” for both knees. The heat has two settings (warm and hot) and there are 5 different massage settings, all of which feel great.

I got this about a week ago and have used them every day for about 30 mins since then and love them. Again, I say them because it’s a set.

In case it’s not clear, these connect to each other, so you can either use one and disconnect the 2nd one or use both at the same time. Also, they automatically turn off after 30 mins so you don’t have to worry about keeping them on too long (I believe too much heat for too long is a bad thing).
