The water holder is not large so I have to refill it to do my whole mouth but that’s a small trade off for saving space. The charge lasts at least 3 weeks so I don’t even bring the charger. There is only one setting for the toothbrush function but I can do fancy brushing when at home. It does have a quadrant timer so I know I’m getting the right amount of brush time.
